Any special design or modification request should be accompanied by a detailed drawing to ensure clarity.
What is required for adjustments, repairs, or repeat fabrication?
Please include the old appliance when requesting any adjustments, repairs, or a repeat of the appliance.
Are extra oral devices covered under a replacement guarantee?
No replacement guarantee is provided for extra oral devices, except when the manufacturer offers one.
Will the price of extra oral devices remain the same?
The price of extra oral devices may change according to the supplier’s price adjustments.
When is payment due?
All payments should be made on or before the delivery of the appliance.
Who is responsible for fitting issues due to teeth eruption or non-wearing?
The lab is not responsible for any fitting issues arising from teeth eruption or non-wearing of the appliance.
What if there is a manufacturing defect?
The lab is fully responsible for manufacturing defects reported within 15 days of the bill date. Any defect rported after 15 days will be considered a new case.
Can an Essix retainer be remade if it doesn’t fit well?
Essix retainers cannot be repeated. If an ill-fit occurs, it is typically due to a poor impression or teeth relapse; however, relapse may be corrected by following specific usage instructions.
